WHAT: At this week's EU summit in Lisbon, the I Want a Referendum campaign will be inflating a giant ballot box, symbolising the wishes the majority of voters in every EU member state to have a say on the revised EU Constitution. Tony Blair's former Economics Advisor and I Want a Referendum Chairman Derek Scott will be available for interview.

WHEN: Thursday 18 October, from 10.00 am until 5.00 pm.

WHERE: Alameda dos Oceanos, located between Pavilhão Atlantico, where the summit is taking place, and the shopping center Vasco da Gama.
